Only a 20 minute walk to the night markets and here it is more active and good value for money
Was clean, but we fine for what was needed and good value for money

cheap stay but comfy
comfy hotel, the room was spacious and with all the amenities. location is meh, it’s very close to a huge fruit and veggies market, but a bit far from everything else.
Wi-Fi was bad. connection was working but extremely slow. the indoor pool is useless. small, water is quite cold and is just by the reception.

Good budget hotel near the fruit market
Great to come across a hotel that has enough beds for our family of five, while still being one of the cheapest options in Chiang Mai with a pool. The double beds were springy so we had a comfortable sleep. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The huge fresh fruit, meat, fish market outside the door is AMAZING.
We only ended up staying one night as we wanted to be closer to restaurants we could easily walk to with our kids. Apart from the amazing market, there really isn’t much else close by for tourists on foot. Pool area is a little strange being indoors. Shower space in bathroom was tiny.
